Requirements:
•Minimum 2 - 3 years in FB, hospitality industry
•Excellent knowledge in Wedding, Events and MICE
•VERY strong in the MICE segment and well connected with Travel Agents and hospitality industry
•Wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry (travel agents, airlines, Hotels)
•Comprehensive Computer Skills and Computer literacy
•Strong effective communicator
•Proficient in written and spoken English
•Knowledge in Internet and social media strategy
•Diverse knowledge of the online marketing and distribution environment
•Able to direct and organize the sales and marketing function to source, secure and maximize all sales opportunities in line with annual business plan
•Experience managing external PR and communications
•Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets
•Active person with outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong leadership and team player at the same time
•Possess high degree of stamina, agility and flexibility
•Proactive, Innovative, Service minded and guest oriented, A thorough and methodical approach, Ability to identify problems, Attention to detail, Autonomous, Dynamic
